The staff members were friendly, and easy to talk to (i was always grateful). Breakfast had a wide variety of food. It included items from different countries. I found the food too good. I found the staff attentive. They promptly addressed all my requests. the hotel provided convenient access to the nearby mall. the belgian café near the lobby offered a practical spot for a quick snack. Its proximity made it easy to grab something without a long detour.
The gym equipment was dated. I found the treadmills showing considerable wear and tear.

The staff were attentive. i especially appreciated the easy walk to festival city mall through the interior walkway. It was very convenient. the restaurant food in anise was amazing. i especially liked that room service arrived promptly.

I found the location very convenient. The attached Festival City Mall was a definite bonus. The variety of shops and restaurants provided many options. It was also nice to have easy access to transportation. I appreciated the helpful staff.
i experienced an issue with the car valet service. I had to wait an unexpectedly long time for my car. This delay was a bit frustrating and inconvenient for my schedule.
